Cancellation

We accept cancellations before the product is shipped or produced. If you cancel your order, you will receive a full refund. Once the product has been shipped, we cannot cancel the order.

Returns (if applicable)

We accept returns. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 14 days of receiving the product. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it, including in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete the return.

Please note that returns will not be accepted in the following cases: A. The packaging is damaged during shipping, but the item remains intact (we will compensate you for related losses). B.
